Since June 2010, Taxi Zwart has been certified under the quality standard 'Regulations TX-Keur Taxi Transport by Taxi Companies with Staff' (version 4, 1 January 2010).
Choosing a taxi with the TX-Keur quality mark means that you are transported in a fair and comfortable way. The taxi driver knows the way, does not refuse short rides and the fares are transparent.
In short, a taxi with the TX-Keur quality mark is...:
- reliable: the driver always takes the right route and charges you the correct fare;
- safe: the car meets strict safety requirements;
- neat: both the car and the driver must be presentable according to the criteria of the certificate;
- independently assessed: the inspection criteria have been set by neutral parties. All taxi companies are eligible for certification, provided they meet the conditions.
And the taxi driver is...:
- customer-oriented: a TX-Keur taxi may not refuse short rides;
- friendly: the driver of a TX-Keur taxi has good social skills, helps you get in and out and speaks English if needed;
- skilled: the driver of a TX-Keur taxi has completed various courses in order to do the job as well as possible.
How do you recognise a taxi with the TX-Keur quality mark?
You can recognise a TX-Keur taxi by the blue stickers with the TX-Keur logo. These stickers are attached on the right of the windscreen (mandatory) and on the rear window and sides of the taxi (optional).
Choosing a TX-Keur taxi
At a taxi rank you are never obliged to take the first taxi in line. You can always choose the taxi you prefer. This also gives you the option to take a TX-Keur taxi.
