Why Taxi Zwart is a good choice

Since 2010, Zwart has been a certified TX-Keur quality mark holder. TX-Keur stands for a safe, service-oriented and reliable organisation whose finances and organisation are audited. An important part of the quality mark is that the company is required to train its employees every year. This training plan is built around the central theme of 'ride experience'. All kinds of everyday challenges are discussed using practical examples, with the shared goal of making the customer's ride experience as positive as possible. In addition, all employees are trained in:

• life-saving first aid and use of an AED
• dealing with customers with reduced mobility
• dealing with customers with specific conditions such as autism, dementia and epilepsy
• wheelchair transport based on the current Code VVR
